9. Shipping – Product Availability

Shipments will be made to the location indicated by the customer using one of the available shipping methods selected by the customer during the purchase process. Provided that the ordered product is immediately available in our warehouses and provided that there are no other reasons that force us to temporarily or permanently suspend the sales of a product, we will make every effort to ship within 3 working days. We do not support cash on delivery payment method for orders more than 700€.

10. Product Returns

In cases where other than those sold are delivered, by type or quantity or a property is missing, which has been previously agreed in writing with the COMPANY, the customer returns the products for inspection and determination of the error.

If the defect is found, the product will be replaced, otherwise the transaction will be canceled if the COMPANY cannot find another product of equivalent or better characteristics or equivalent value for replacement. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase money will be made in the same way as the customer's initial payment to the COMPANY.

In particular, in the event of a charge via credit card, the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed with any action provided for in the contract it has drawn up with the customer without the COMPANY's relevant liability any longer. In the event of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the "pick-up from the store" option, it will be done by returning his money to him upon arrival at the COMPANY's store. In the event of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the COMPANY's accounts to the customer.

In the event of damage/wear to any component/accessory/consumable, the defective part will be replaced and not the entire basic product. The components/accessories of each product have a limited warranty, which may be equal to the duration of the basic product or less.

The maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. In all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (the IMEI or Serial Number must match) and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Sales Invoice, etc.) upon delivery.

In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

A) the product has not been used and B) the product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, etc.)

11. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In every distance contract, the consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days. The period begins from the receipt of the product.

A necessary condition for the return from withdrawal to be accepted is that both the product itself and its packaging must be delivered to our store in their original condition, without the product packaging having been tampered with, without the product having been used, and of course without damage to it or its packaging, which (packaging) must be in its original (factory) condition. Furthermore, the return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for returning the item. Otherwise, our store has no obligation to accept the return of the product. In this case, the return is always at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

12. Warranty of Products Sold

All products sold by our store are covered by the warranty of their official dealership. The duration of the warranty for each product may vary, depending on the product and the warranty policy of each dealership.

The warranty of a product does not under any circumstances cover: Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect use, incorrect connection, different voltage, short circuit, fire, high or low temperature, humidity, weather phenomena (lightning, flood, exposure to the sun, etc.)
 

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
