The fifth album "Starfish" was the commercial breakthrough for the Australian rock band The Church. Released in 1998 on the Mushroom Records label, it sold over 600,000 copies in the U.S. alone.

With its dreamy, atmospheric post-rock, the single "Under the Milky Way" became a hit.Remastering for Intervention Records was handled by Ryan K. Smith of Sterling Sound.
