Gene Clark's "White Light" from 1971 is the bittersweet statement of a singer/songwriter at the height of his creativity. Following his career as frontman of The Byrds, this is Clark's second solo album.
He is accompanied by his producer and guitarist Jesse Edwin Davis, bassist Chris Ethridge (Flying Burrito Brothers), organist Michael Utley, pianist Ben Sidran and drummer Gary Mallaber (both Steve Miller Band).
Remastering for Intervention Records was handled by Kevin Gray. The 33 1/3 rpm LP was pressed on 180-gram vinyl.
We recommend the use of "L'Art du Son" LP cleaner to wet wash your vinyl. Even new records of high quality production will benefit from this.
