The band worked with Al Kooper again, delivered more good Southern rock, landed in the top 10 of the album charts and went gold in

the year of its release.The material contributed by Ronnie Van Zant is not exceptional, but Lynyrd Skynyrd are and remain a great band

and make it an outstanding album. Nuthin' Fancy is just as convincing as its two predecessors. The remastering was done by Kevin Gray
