Experienced jazz pianist Eddie Higgins has played and recorded with many of the biggest names in jazz, including Coleman Hawkins, Jack Teagarden, Stan Getz, Dizzy Gillespie and Wayne Shorter.

sounds warm, attractive, and eloquent, while remaining true to the jazz tradition. His playing is so expressive that you can almost hear the lyrics of each song when he plays the melody.

The three exceptional musicians are accompanied on this “Best of” compilation, mixed and mastered by sound wizard Tetsuo Hara, by Jay Leonhart and Steve Gilmore (bass), Joe Ascione (tenor saxophone,

clarinet), and Ben Riley and Bill Goodwin (drums).

double LP of “It's Magic”, cut at 33 RPM and pressed on 180-gram vinyl, which produces a powerful, present sound and is highly appreciated by audiophiles worldwide. A quick note: Venus LPs are only pressed once.
