After the huge success of their debut album, Foreigner were wise enough not to change their style too much for their second album in 1978. Concise guitar rock with Lou Gramm on vocals and gigantic riffs by Mick Jones,
together with hit singles like 'Hot Blooded' and 'Double Vision' at the beginning of each side of the LP, were enough to get them to number three in the US charts and fill stadiums. No wonder with seven million LPs sold.
All in all, Foreigner's second album was even more successful than the first, and was a perfect example of how a quick follow-up album doesn't have to be worse than the debut.
The LP will be released as a 180g half-speed mastering by Krieg Wunderlich with consecutive serial numbers.
