The Cars - The Cars / Mobile Fidelity

In the years that followed, the band wryly referred to the Cars' 1978 debut album as their greatest hits album. In fact, all nine tracks on the album are still played on American radio stations today.

The band's revolutionary mix of new wave and hard rock with pop influences still has fans today. Hits like "Good Times Roll" and "You're all I have tonight" never get old.

The mastering was done with Shawn R. Britton at the mixing desk. On "Moving in Stereo" he brought out the stereo width with particular intensity. The LP comes in a gatefold sleeve with lyrics.
