Everclear – So Much For The Afterglow / Intervention Records

With "Sparkle and Fade," Everclear had raised expectations that they would live up to with 1997's "So Much for the Afterglow" - as evidenced by songs like "One Hit Wonder," "White Men in Black Suits" and, of course, the title track.

The album went double platinum, three singles landed in the top five on the charts, and earned the band a Grammy nomination for "Billboard Modern Rock Artist of the Year" in 1998.The remastering for Intervention Records was done

by Kevin Gray. The 33 1/3 rpm LP was pressed on 180-gram vinyl and comes in a sturdy gatefold cover.
